Q. CAN I PRE-ORDER?

A. Yes, of course! You can place an order on the website or in WhatsApp.

Q. HOW DO THE FLOWERS ARRIVE?

A. We deliver all bouquets in a plastic vase with water and special plant food, as well as in our branded bag and packaging.

Please note that some bouquets on our website are shown without packaging or in alternative containers such as boxes, baskets, etc.

If you require special bouquet packaging, please contact us on WhatsApp.

Q. MY FLOWERS LOOK A BIT DROOPY WHEN THEY WERE DELIVERED?

A. Our flowers have just arrived almost directly from Holland, they will be slightly dehydrated. Cut their stems on a 45 degree angle and place them into a vase with fresh clean water. After 12 hours your flowers will be fully hydrated and in incredible condition. 

Q. WHY ARE THE PEONIES NOT BLOOMING?

A. Your flowers have just been picked, they will bloom in a few days. To accelerate the blooming process you can leave them in the warmest room of your house, to slow down the process keep them as cool as possible. Even in the fridge overnight!

Q. HOW DO I KEEP THEM LOOKING AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE, FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE?

A. Follow our care instructions for each particular type of flower. You will find it in the footer of this website. Any concerns call us and we can guide you. 

Q. WHY DO YOU KEEP TALKING ABOUT SEASONAL FLOWERS?

A. We love to use seasonal flowers because they are great value, and last longer.

Q. WHERE DO THE FLOWERS COME FROM?
